Account Executive @ Tilt
Salary, Exempt - Remote (USA)

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team and help us scale our business by managing the sales cycle end-to-end. You will manage inbound leads, demonstrate the software to prospective clients, negotiate, and finalize contracts. This position is a full-time role reporting to our VP of Sales. Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound leads from multiple sources including third-party partners, and our marketing and partnerships teams
  • Personalized and intentional email and call follow-up for prospective customers
  • Scheduling and hosting demonstration calls for prospective customers
  • Drafting sales proposals; negotiating pricing and terms; coordinating with legal to manage the close (internally andexternally); and interfacing with finance, IT, and security teams, as appropriate
  • Seamlessly handing off new customers to the Implementation and Customer Success Team
  • Managing a pipeline in Hubspot, keeping records with up-to-date, and forecasting
  • Serve as the internal voice for your market segment
  • Contributing to internal strategy decisions for target market (conferences, webinars, marketing, partnerships etc.)
  • Managing multi-year contracts and amendments, as applicable

  • You have previous sales experience, B2B SaaS and/or startups is a plus
  • You have the proven ability to generate leads, demo software effectively and close new customers seamlessly
  • You have a positive attitude and a growth mindset

  • You have a bias for action and are not complacent; you are ready to jump into the work and learn along the way
  • You have excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills

  • You are comfortable using a lot of systems at once and have the ability to learn software quickly

Total Compensation 💰

The base salary for this role is $70,000 with an estimated OTE of $140,000 at minimum plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business. We are people-first and this ain’t some PR jazz, we truly give a damn about our peeps!

Additional benefits include:
