ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Collegiate Services Intern to join our Collegiate Operations Team and contribute to the success of our NIL partnerships. This isn’t a typical internship—you’ll work on meaningful projects, take ownership of key data-driven tasks, and directly impact our ability to support partners and athletes.

In this role, you’ll assist with operational responsibilities, execute account management functions, and lead critical data hygiene and reporting projects. Your contributions will help optimize partner engagement and support Opendorse’s position as the industry leader in NIL.

We prioritize local applicants who can work on-site in our Lincoln, NE office, but we are open to remote candidates with strong skills and readiness to contribute.

CORE FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Support and assist with operational responsibilities including partner onboarding, scheduling and engagement data tracking
  • Lead the execution of key technical account management functions, including:
  • Account setup
  • Marketplace implementation
  • Athlete roster imports
  • Profile picture management
  • Marketplace clean-up
  • Agency and deal cadence maintenance
  • Strategize, oversee, and complete ongoing data hygiene needs
  • Support key data projects like the production of NIL Books and Audience Insight Reports
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Opendorse products, and communicate value proposition to all users

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

  • Strong collaborator who can connect across multiple functions and geographies
  • Dynamic presence with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • High-energy with hustle, motivation, and drive
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail

DIVERSITY AT OPENDORSE
