Our platform empowers more than 150,000 athletes to understand, build, and monetize their name, image, and likeness (NIL) with support from brands, fans, sponsors, donors, and partners, including the PGA TOUR, NHL, NFLPA, MLBPA, WNBPA, LPGA, and over 100 professional and collegiate sports teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Intern to manage day-to-day operational needs. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in product management by assisting with analytics, administrative tasks, research, and small projects that directly impact the growth and user satisfaction of our platform and mobile app. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about product management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We prioritize local applicants who can work on-site in our Lincoln, NE office, but we are open to remote candidates with strong skills and readiness to contribute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Summarize insights from user interviews and feedback sessions to inform feature development.
  • Track and maintain product-related documentation, tasks, and timelines.
  • Assist in maintaining product backlogs and Kanban boards.
  • Write product requirements for new features.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer success.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and other data-gathering initiatives to support product decisions.
  • Work on standalone projects that may include surfacing insights from quantitative data, testing new features, or other initiatives aligned with your interests and skills.

Qualifications

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
  • You’re curious about software applications, user-centric design, and business.
  • You enjoy solving problems with others.
  • You possess a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You're a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
