The Role
We are seeking one Business Development Representative to help grow the community in Omaha. This role is about driving membership growth and generating leads. The ideal candidate is driven by results, providing consistent support, and creating new opportunities through disciplined outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Sales & Pipeline Development- Own outbound activity: Execute consistent outreach across calls, email, and social media to generate new opportunities and keep the top of the funnel full.
- Prospect and qualify leads: Identify and engage small businesses, e-commerce brands, and entrepreneurs that fit Elevator’s target profile.
- Book qualified tours: Schedule high-quality tours for the Sales and Growth Manager by creating urgency and interest.
- Maintain CRM hygiene: Track all outreach, activity, and pipeline stages in HubSpot with accuracy and consistency.
- Hit activity and pipeline targets: Maintain weekly outreach volume and conversion benchmarks (calls, conversations, tours booked).
- Support the sales process: Partner closely with the Member Experience Manager to ensure smooth handoff from outreach to tour to close.
- Conduct occasional tours: Step in to give tours and help move deals forward when needed.
- Follow up with intent: Drive consistent follow-up with prospects to increase show rates and conversion.
- Collaborate with local team and HQ: Align on targets, messaging, and market strategy.
- Provide market feedback: Share insights on lead quality, objections, and local trends to improve positioning and performance.
- Stay accountable to metrics: Participate in regular check-ins on activity, pipeline health, and results.
- Support on-site operations as needed: Step in to assist with coverage or team support on occasion when multiple team members are out.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping entrepreneurs grow.
- Community-oriented: Joy from engagement, events, and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, and external partners.
- Highly accountable and resourceful with a bias toward action.
- Operational excellence: Experience in facilities management or business operations is a plus.
- Experience in HubSpot is a plus.
