The Role
What You'll Do
- Lead continuous discovery efforts by guiding PMs in defining and measuring success metrics, running assumption tests, and building iterative learning into how they work
- Design robust experimentation frameworks, evaluate experiment results, and iterate on key hypotheses
- Build scalable product analytics frameworks that standardize how teams make data-driven decisions
- Enable self-service analytics by improving access to data through Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda so teams can explore product insights independently
- Mentor junior analysts on statistical methodology, experimentation best practices, and storytelling with data
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership regularly to influence product roadmaps
- Champion best practices for both Product Managers and internal data teams around data-driven decision making, experimentation, data governance, and standardization
- Leverage SQL, dbt, and Snowplow to transform, and analyze product data
- Connect data insights to broader business strategy and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Help foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and data-driven learning across Product and Engineering teams

- Raising the bar on how product teams define, measure, and act on success metrics
- Making experimentation faster, more rigorous, and more trusted across the org
- Influencing product roadmaps with insights that tie directly to business strategy
- Scaling analytics practices so decision-making quality holds as we grow
- Leveling up other analysts through mentorship and shared best practices
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowplow, Amplitude, and Secoda (or equivalent tools)
- Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven research, and experiment design
- Expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and data visualization
- Experience designing and implementing analytics frameworks for scalable decision-making
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence product teams and executives through insights and strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in storytelling with data and translating insights into strategy
- Prior experience in SaaS or fast-growing tech environments preferred
- Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment
- Passion for fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven learning
- A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
- A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
Benefits & Compensation
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $130,000-$140,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
