But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

CompanyCam is hiring a Manager of Revenue Operations Analytics to join our growing team! In this critical role, you'll lead a team of data-driven professionals focused on uncovering insights that drive revenue growth and optimize operational performance. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you’ll use analytics to inform strategic decisions, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with company goals. If you're passionate about transforming complex data into actionable strategies and empowering teams with performance insights that fuel success, this is the role for you!

Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States. Employees are not required to work in the office or relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska, for this opportunity. Employees are encouraged to come hang at headquarters for up to 10 days per calendar year on CompanyCam’s dime.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance) to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support forecasting, quota setting, and strategic planning processes with data-driven insights.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Revenue Operations analysts, providing strategic direction and professional development.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure team efficiency.
  • Identify and propose improvements to revenue operations processes.
  • Implement best practices for data management and analysis.

The Impact You’ll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Turning complex data into strategic insights that directly influence our go-to-market (GTM) decisions and drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align goals and optimize performance across the entire GTM team.
  • Enhancing the experience of internal stakeholders by delivering clear, actionable analytics that improve forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
  • Leading a team of analysts to elevate the impact of Revenue Operations at CompanyCam, supporting our mission to simplify and empower workflows for contractors everywhere.

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales analytics, or a related analytics role—preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, is preferred.
  • A strong grasp of sales metrics, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
