Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role of Carrier Account Manager based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, with some work from home allowed. The Carrier Account Manager will manage daily account operations, maintain relationships with carriers and clients, analyze data to provide strategic insights, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. Duties also involve sales activities geared towards expanding carrier partnerships and enhancing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive strategy
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the benefits industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Life & Health Insurance Producer License
