With a proven track record of success and commitment to innovation, we are seeking a highly motivated and results- driven business development manager to lead our sales team to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales results and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and to gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with finance to manage the sales budget, ensuring prudent allocation of resources to achieve revenue goals.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization to streamline operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience 5+ years in sales leadership, senior living sector is a must.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
