Role Description

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Executive for the Southeast Region in a full-time, on-site role located in Kansas City, MO. The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and effectively presenting benefitbay’s solutions to drive sales growth. Other responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, achieving sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the ICHRA space. The role requires proactive communication, organization, and a results-driven approach.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Market Research and Analysis skills, with the ability to understand and adapt to industry trends and client needs
  • Strong Organizational and Goal-Oriented skills to manage sales pipelines and meet or exceed targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is highly desirable
  • Experience in employee benefits, ICHRA, or insurance industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and prior experience in sales are preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for results and impact
